What is FinanceTrackPro?

FinanceTrackPro is a multi-business financial tracker. You can record weekly cash and credit entries, automatically split profits between partners, scan documents and order lists with AI, exchange messages with your team (end-to-end encrypted between users who have both published a device key, with a server-encrypted fallback when keys are not yet available — see “How is my financial data protected?” below), manage a shared wallet for income and expenses, use the Check Guide to fill out and save check details organized by payout period, and see live dashboards across all of your businesses in one place.

How is my financial data protected?

Your financial entries, documents, order lists and activity logs are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. In-app messages between people who have both published a device key are end-to-end encrypted using ECDH P-256 + HKDF + AES-GCM, so the server only stores ciphertext it cannot read; a lock icon appears on those messages. If the recipient has not yet generated a key on a device they have signed in to, the message is encrypted at rest with a server-held key as a fallback (the server can technically decrypt those messages) until the conversation can be upgraded to end-to-end encryption. Connections to our servers use HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt and you can enable TOTP two-factor authentication and biometric unlock from Settings.

Can I track more than one business?

Yes. Create as many business profiles as you need, each with its own ledger, partners, accounts, currency and goals. Switch between profiles from the top of the Settings screen, or use the Dashboard to see a portfolio view across all of them.

How do I add team members?

If you are an admin, open Settings → Admin → User Management. Add a user’s email and choose their role (Owner, Manager or Prince). They’ll be able to sign in once you approve their account.

How do I turn on weekly email reports?

Open Settings → Email Reports. You can send a one-off weekly or monthly report to your inbox, or schedule them to be delivered automatically every Monday morning.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open Settings → Account and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice. We then permanently delete your account record, all financial entries, documents, order lists, messages, encryption keys, two-factor secret, push subscriptions and login logs within 30 days. You can also email support@financetrackpro.com from your account address and we will delete it for you.

I forgot my password — what now?

If you signed up with username and password, contact your account administrator (the person who approved you). Admins can issue a reset from Settings → Admin → Auth Users → Reset Password. If you signed in with Apple, Google or GitHub, recover the password through that provider directly.

What is the Wallet and Check Guide?

The Wallet is a shared ledger inside the app where you can track income and expenses across wallet members, view balances, and see activity timelines.

The Check Guide (the “CHECK” tab inside the Wallet) is a tool for filling out check details digitally. Enter the payee, amount, date, memo and check number and the app converts the amount to written words for you. You can save checks to your account and organize them by payout period so you can find them quickly later. Saved checks are private to your account.
